Return and Cancellation Policy

This Return and Cancellation Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for purchases made on our website.


1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: You may return a product within 7–14 days of delivery (exact window based on category).

  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products like earphones, opened screen protectors, and customized accessories may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process any return.

If your return meets the above conditions, we will provide a refund or replacement as per your preference.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error from Yojaro Studio.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We may request photos or videos of the damaged product for verification.


4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled.

  • Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase without any charges.

  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return once the product is delivered (subject to return policy conditions).

  • Out-of-Stock Cancellations: If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


5. Exchange Policy

In some cases, instead of a refund, you may request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value. If the chosen product is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.


6. Process for Returns and Cancellations

To initiate a return, refund, or cancellation request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order details.

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the product back using the provided return instructions.

  4. Once received, we will process your request in accordance with this policy.


7. Customer Responsibility

  • Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for the safe delivery of return shipments.

  • In cases of misuse, physical damage, or tampering, refunds or replacements will not be provided.
